技术原理How It Works

基于浏览器本地时区与 JavaScript Date 对象，通过定时器每秒刷新各城市当前时间，并计算与本地时区的偏移。

Built on the browser local timezone and JavaScript Date, refreshing each city every second via a timer and computing its offset from your local time.

城市列表保存在 localStorage 中实现本机记忆，不依赖任何后端服务。

The city list is stored in localStorage for on-device memory, with no backend service required.
